Balaji, the unassuming bowler from Chennai long sidelined from the national team due to injury scored the first ever hat-trick of the IPL tournament against the Mohali team playing a crucial role in getting in-form batsman out and winning the match for Chennai Super Kings. This is the second hattrick in the twenty20 format of cricket.
Balaji got his hattrick in the last over of the match when he dismissed Pathan, Chawla and V.R.V. Singh in the third, fourth and fifth ball of the over.
Earlier in the match Balaji was responsible for the wickets of Marsh and Sarwan, the crucial who looked well-set to take the match away from Chennai Super Kings.
Laxmipathy Balaji was the real super king sof the evening.

after long period of come back,that to in T20 matches which are fast and breath taking,
