Let’s make that 50 – because I read all tweets from all people I follow.
When I’m rushed, I skim through them fast, but always read their messages… which is why I limit the number of people I follow on Twitter.
Still, there is just one person whom I follow on Twitter for a different reason – because she makes me LAUGH.
(Caution before you proceed: Some of the links below may lead to pages YOU may find offensive, indecent, or even revolting. Click at YOUR risk! You have been warned!)

I first met Jenny through a tweet from Guy Kawasaki, and later on read about how she planned to introduce Guy at an event in Houston.
If I were a censor board, I’d slap a PG rating on Jenny’s Twitter stream and “The Bloggess” blog – both for the language and the imagery it evokes. But that shock value and seemingly random thought stream is part of the brand that makes The Bloggess (and I quote from Guy’s blog), “the funniest person that I’ve met in years”!
I agree.
I follow her on Twitter primarily because I enjoy her creativity. Each tweet is a powerful lesson in copywriting… and there’s a strategy that sucks every qualified prospect to her blog, where with an intriguing mix of humor, controversy, and yes, even vulgarity, she keeps a reader from ever being bored.
(Also, I know a wee bit more about the person behind the blog, and so can ’see through the veil’ in a way most others may not!)
Do I recommend that you follow @TheBloggess ?
Blimey, NO!
Not unless you like that kind of stuff. My wife often sees me chuckling or choking at my computer screen, and when I show her the reason why, she doesn’t even crack a smile! So… diff’rent strokes for diff’rent folks.
But here’s one thing you can take to the bank.
ALL 50 PEOPLE I FOLLOW ON TWITTER ROCK!

Ha! That is the most honest evaluation of me I’ve ever seen, my friend. And my husband doesn’t laugh at my stuff either so your wife is in good company.
