OVERLOAD!!!

RE-TWEET IT!

I have a faint idea of how you may be feeling. Because 14 YEARS after I started working online as a fund-raiser and infopreneur, I’ve had the longest period of “paralysis by analysis” lately.

One thing after another, each seemingly better than the last, has been grabbing my attention. And all of a sudden, I realized how far behind I’ve fallen in my plans for 2009. Combined with some delays in projects that have been contracted out, this has resulted in a syndrome that was once familiar, and is still stressful as ever…

OVERLOAD

So I took action.

I’ve taken off from Twitter for 5 days, am only sending out pre-scheduled emails, and stopping forum-hopping while I focus on priorities and decide about what comes first, what next and so on.

Most important, I’m SHUTTING OUT new information for a while. Often, what’s necessary to get moving forwards is NOT more knowledge, or new products or anything else.

What is needed is just acting on what you already have.

Thanks Dr Mani, your advice came at a good time :) It reminds me that I have been stuck in a long period of “paralysis by analysis” as well, time to re-prioritize!

As the land of my birth

I also feel overstressed!

Have been away from the Computer-Internet

Take care!
