Social Networking – The RIGHT Way

RE-TWEET IT!

Quick thoughts.

You’re at a party. Do you try and meet, greet and chat with everyone? Or only people you already know? Or also those you’d like to know (for whatever reason)?

You’re in the coffee room, have 10 minutes to spare in a busy, hectic, crazily overcrowded day. Do you sip quietly at your cup, watching and listening as others chat? Or catch up on news with your friends? Or try to find new people to become friends with?

You’re on a mission, need folks with specific talents, interests or skills. Upon entering a room full of prospects, do you proceed to interview every single one? Or hold up a placard stating your requirements? Or seek out familiar faces and ask them to suggest those who may help?

If you’re at all typical, you’ll pick one (or none) of the options for each question.

If you’re human, you’ll believe your answer is the ‘right’ one.

In reality, ALL choices (even if yours is “None of the above”) are RIGHT ones.

It depends upon you. Your purpose. Your unique needs.

And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Remember: “He who tries to please all, pleases none!”

Have FUN with your social networking.
