For those wondering how this is done, you log in to your Wordpress control panel, and click on the OPTIONS tab, and then on PERMALINKS.

The default option will be selected. Change this to select the CUSTOM button, and in the text field, type in /%postname%/

Then click the ‘Update Permalink Structure’ button – and you’re done!

Instead of http://guydz.com/moneypowerwisdom/?p=27 you could change the permalink to /%postname%/ and create something like http://guydz.com/moneypowerwisdom/money-making-blogs and get more keywords into the URL - which is very useful for search engines. One other I’d mention (for this blog as well) – permalinks in WordPress blogs.
